Film & Television: Ed Wood DVD features theremin supplement! |
 |
Anonymous writes " "Ed Wood" (Touchstone, 1994, 127 minutes, R, $29.99): Moved, recalled and otherwise delayed, Tim Burton's take on the life of the infamously inept director finally comes to DVD with the usual array of strong supplements, from deleted scenes to a bit on the use of the theremin on the soundtrack. There's a commentary track, too, that enlists director Burton, co-star Martin Landau, the screenwriters and more, but conspicuously missing is star Johnny Depp. One would think with all the delays there would have been time to rope him in as well, but beggars can't be choosers.
