      <title>The Musaire I Knew</title>

Correct spelling of his last name is WHITELEY.  I have letters from him dated back to 1978 with the heading printed.  My home, Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada was his home and we became friends until he died.  His brother&#039;s family still live here. I have photos, programs etc from Musaire in my files and am currently writing a story about him for the Seniors Advocate in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  It is basically a brief biog of his life.  Musaire and I met when I was only 14 and working backstage at the Theatre Royal in Stockport, England, wghen Musaire topped the variety bill for the week.&lt;br /&gt;
He was a fine man who spent his after performing years helping young entertainers and working for the Music Hall Society.   Were you aware that the Queen once called him on the phone to invite him to Buckingham Palace?&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>CORRECTION RE SCHILLINGER'S COMPOSITIONS</title>
      <link>http://www.theremin.info/-/view/tid/41/filter1/tid:eq:12,pid:eq:22#113</link>

Study of those compositions--some of which he used as examples in his course (and were published in the posthumous &amp;quot;System&amp;quot;) reveals that he did use his &amp;quot;system&amp;quot; or approach when composing.

      <title>Correction concerning a student of Schillinger's</title>

As far as I know, Mulligan might have studied the Schillinger system, but he did not study privately with Schillinger himself.
